At With The Flow, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is received damaged.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with clear photos. Once approved, we will offer a full refund or an exchange, subject to availability.

Please note that for international orders, customs duties and tax fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout. If these fees are not paid and the order is returned to Kuwait, no refund or exchange will be issued.
